Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

This policy applies to all non-alcoholic mixer products purchased through our website.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation

Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened bottles or cans
  • Products with broken seals
  • Items that have been used or partially consumed
  • This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including any delivery costs, in line with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Delivery charges are refundable only if the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Refunds typically take 3–5 working days to appear after processing

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns
